Written by marshamoyo.com
Image Singer Marsha Moyo who debuted with her critically acclaimed album Dark Child in 2002 and the epic Women Celebrated six track CD single in 2004, has now released her sophomore album titled The Fine Print.

The 11-track album written, composed and produced by Marsha, opens and closes with the title track and The Least respectively, with So Into You, Wings of Love, State of the World and TCS (aka Toothpaste, Closet-space & Screams). The album further hosts Bands & Vows, Don’t Tell Me You’ve Changed, Blue Flame, All Seasons and Faith Is A Wonderful Thing, on which she is joined by the internationally acclaimed, The SOWETO Gospel Choir.

Mostly recorded in her native Zambia, for the album Marsha sought the expertise of her pianist from Congo DRC Freddy Matenda, who has played on both her previous releases and accompanied her to the Burj-al-arab 7-star hotel in Dubai where Marsha, as the world’s first recording artist, performed for three months.  Her compatriots on the album include on lead and rhythm guitar seasoned maestro George M’lauzi and on drums and additional lead piano the multi-talented Mutamula Mwale, both of whom have accompanied Marsha for performances at Arts Alive in Johannesburg and FESPAM (Festival for Pan African Music) in Congo Brazzaville. In addition, skilled guitarists Jones Kabanga and Rex ‘Úncle Rex’ Mukubonda each lead on two songs, Charles ‘Chax’ Chambuluka on additional percussion and bassists Jeff Chappa and Sebastian Mutale who makes his second appearance on Marsha’s work, the first on the hit single Dark Child.

Image Additional recordings were performed in London by back vocalist by Kim Chandler whom among several artists has worked with Michael Jackson, Natalie Cole, P.Diddy, Michael McDonald and Bjork. In Johannesburg, additional recordings were performed by four-time SAMA (South African Music Award) winner saxophonist McCoy Mrubata who played on Ferris Wheel from Marsha’s debut, multi SAMA nominee trumpeter Marcus Wyatt and flutist Kaolin who also played on her two previous releases, the first on the multi-lingual dance track Pamodzi which is featured on an RFI (Radio France Internationale) and the Sisters Out Of Africa compilation albums and later on the Women Celebrated - Sa Re Gama mix.

The album was engineered and co-produced by Sydney Cheka and Biggie Mubita with additional engineering by Tebogo Moloto and David Heron, while it was mixed & mastered at Litovia Studios Lusaka, Cave Productions Studio, London and Jazzworx Studios, Johannesburg.

Harry is evil
written by Etienne Marais, September 15, 2008
Dear BH Magazine
My name is Etienne Marais and I am 18 years
old. recently I read a letter in the TV Plus
where a reader spoke up against Harry Potter.
As a Christian I wish to state that the Bible
clearly tells us to have nothing to do with
witchcraft.
When I was 14 years old I had the most terrible
experience. For a long time I heard voices that
repeated over and over: 'Harry must go.' As a
Christian I would like to warn people who are
crazy about Harry Potter. Rather stay away
before you also have to experience the trauma
that I did.
I am praying for the salvation of everyone involved
with Harry Potter some way or another. I've also
sent e-mails to some of them to tell them that
God loves them and that I will keep on praying
for their salvation.

Kind regards
Etienne Marais
