HIV stands for Human Immunodeficiency Virus and it is the virus that causes AIDS. It’s also a member of a group of viruses called retroviruses. HIV infects human cells and uses the energy and nutrients provided by those cells to grow and reproduce. AIDS stands for Acquired Immuno Deficiency Syndrome. It is a disease in which the body’s immune system breaks down and is unable to fight off infections, known as “opportunistic infections,” and other illnesses that take advantage of a weakened immune system. When a person is infected with HIV, the virus enters the body and lives and multiplies primarily in the white blood cells. These are immune cells that normally protect us from disease. The hallmark of HIV infection is the progressive loss of a specific type of immune cell called T-helper, or CD4, cells. As the virus grows, it damages or kills these and other cells, weakening the immune system and leaving the person vulnerable to various opportunistic infections and other illnesses ranging from pneumonia to cancer. A person can receive a clinical diagnosis of AIDS, as defined by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), if he or she has tested positive for HIV and meets one or both of these conditions:

 

of blood. Also called the T-cell count, the CD4 count ranges from 450 to 1200 in healthy individuals.

The Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) estimates that there

are now over 40 million people living with HIV or AIDS worldwide. Most of them do

not know they carry HIV and may be spreading the virus to others unknowingly.

Since the beginning of the epidemic, AIDS has killed more than 25 million people

worldwide. AIDS has replaced malaria and tuberculosis as the world’s deadliest infectious disease among adults and is the fourth leading cause of death worldwide. Fifteen million children have been orphaned by the epidemic. HIV/AIDS has caused tremendous damage to humanity. A person who has HIV carries the virus in certain body fluids, including blood, semen, vaginal secretions, and breast milk. The virus can be transmitted only if such HIV-infected fluids enter the bloodstream of another person. This kind of direct entry can occur (1) through the linings of the vagina, rectum, mouth, and the opening at the tip of the penis; (2) through intravenous injection with a syringe; or (3) through a break in the skin, such as a cut or sore. Usually, HIV is transmitted through:

 

 

 

Many HIV patients take these drugs in combination—a regimen known as Highly Active Antiretroviral Therapy (HAART). When taken as directed, anti-HIV treatment better known as ARV’s can reduce the amount of HIV in the bloodstream to very low levels and sometimes enables the body’s immune cells to rebound to normal levels.

Several drugs can be taken to help prevent a number of opportunistic infections including Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia, toxoplasmosis, cryptococcus and cytomegalovirus infection. Once opportunistic infections occur, the same drugs can be used at higher doses to treat these infections, and chemotherapy drugs are available to treat the cancers that commonly occur in AIDS. Researchers are continuing to develop new drugs that act at critical steps in the virus’s life cycle. Efforts are under way to identify new targets for anti-HIV medications and to discover ways of restoring the ability of damaged immune systems to defend against HIV and the many illnesses that affect people with HIV. Ultimately, advances in rebuilding the immune systems of HIV patients will benefit people with a number of serious illnesses, including cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, multiple sclerosis and immune deficiencies associated with aging and premature birth. And while new drugs are helping some people who have HIV live longer, healthier lives, there are many problems associated with them:

 

In the U.S., the number of AIDS-related deaths has decreased dramatically

because of widely available, potent treatments. But more than 95 percent of all

people with HIV/AIDS live in the developing world, and many have little or no access to treatment. Despite continued intensive research, experts believe it will be at least a decade before we have a safe, effective, and affordable AIDS vaccine. And even after a vaccine is developed, it will take many years before the millions of people at risk of HIV infection worldwide can be immunized. Until then, other HIV prevention methods, such as practicing safer sex and using sterile syringes, will remain critical.

 

In June 2007, a black American doctor by the name of Dr. Boyd. E. Graves visited Zambia. Due to his short visit I could not get a chance to interview him. American civil rights lawyer Boyd E. Graves J.D. is the leading investigator of the government's formerly secret 1971 US Special Virus research logic flow chart. The 1971 flow chart document uncovered by Dr. Graves coordinates over 20,000 formerly secret virus development papers sponsored by a United States government virus program between 1948 and 1978. In 1975 Graves received his commission from the US Naval Academy, prior to serving as Communications Officer aboard the USS Buchanan. After earning his Juris Doctorate degree from Ohio Northern University College of Law in 1993, Dr. Graves' focused his legal career by advocating for the rights of the disabled as a liaison among both public and private sectors to help implement the historic Americans with Disabilities Act. After testing positive for HIV in the early 1990s, Dr. Graves embarked on a decade long hunt for the cure and the causes of HIV/AIDS. By 1998, the evidence of the laboratory birth of AIDS he uncovered had compelled Dr. Graves to file the Peoples' first federal complaint alleging genocide against the United States' government. US Supreme Court Case No. 00-9587 an appeal for the immediate review, deactivation, and make whole relief (apology) for innocent victims of the US Special Virus program, was dismissed without comment on June 4, 2001. Dr. Graves is the author of, "STATE ORIGIN: The Evidence of the Laboratory Birth of AIDS and "" offering the public a candid review of the US Special Virus program and a shocking look behind the scenes of America's AIDS curtain. Today, Dr. Graves lives in San Diego where he continues advocating for the rights of the disabled by petitioning the federal courts for the immediate review of America's formerly secret virus development program, the “US Special Virus.” Dr Boyd E Graves had AIDS ten years ago but is now totally free from the virus. He was healed through a patented drug called Tetrasil or Imusil which is claimed to be the cure for AIDS. The patent number is 5676977. The patent was issued to Rabbi Dr. Marvin Antelman of Morantech Corporation in Providence, Rhode Island. The chemical composition of the Tetrasil is Ag4O4 (Silver 4/Oxygen 4). It is said to be a relatively simple compound to make which could help bolster the individuals who are suffering and laboring under the throes of HIV and AIDS in attempts to save the continent. Dr. "WORLD WAR AIDS: The Third World WarBoyd E. Graves, J.D. is now dubbed “The Alpha Man,” for having been, officially, the first HIV/ AIDS infected person from the United States to receive an injection of Tetrasil, on November 19, 2001. Upon returning to Cleveland Ohio after taking the injection of Tetrasil, Graves had tests done at the Cleveland Veteran’s Administration Hospital. Those test results showed that after two weeks his T-cell count had increased by 74%, and that his "blood pressure rate was that of a 25 year old." Three months later the improvement in his physical health, in general, as well as his relief from years of constant pain, extremely low vitality and energy level continued.

Dr. Graves earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Ohio Northern University College of Law in May 1993, almost 20 years after receiving a B.S. degree in Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland in 1975. He has been a Director of AIDS Concerns for the international medical research foundation, ‘Common Cause’, headquartered in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada for the last five years.

After beginning his research on the AIDS pandemic in 1992, Dr. Boyd Graves discovered in February 1999 the greatest evidence, to date, of records and reports of the experiments that led to the development of what the world now knows as the AIDS virus. That document is the 1971 Flow Chart of the Special Virus Program of the United States. Dr. Graves submitted this flowchart as evidence to the Sixth Circuit Federal Court in a case which named the President of the United States as a defendant to answer a petition acknowledging the authenticity of the Flow Chart. On January 12, 2001, the case was dismissed as frivolous and then referred to the District’s Appellate Court, which ruled in favor of the lower court. Eventually, it went to the Supreme Court, which refused to hear it without giving comment as to Why Dr. Graves spoke with Final Call contributor Sultan Muhammad to explain the significance and consequences of his research.

Dr. Boyd Graves states that The 1971 Flow Chart is the blueprint for the development of AIDS. It is the quintessential missing link document which provides absolute proof of the U.S. origin of HIV/AIDS. It is located in one of the 15 progress reports of the federal program entitled The U.S. Special Virus Cancer Program. He believes the term cancer was a misnomer to misdirect the actuality of the HIV development. It provides, again, absolute, absolute evidence of the U.S.

origin of HIV as a synthetic biological agent.

 

 

Aids Was Made To Eradicate The Black People

 

What the science and medical evidence concludes is that the HIV enzyme seeks out a receptor site in the blood of the Black genome. The receptor site is the CCR5 Delta 32+ (positive) gene that all people of black color have. In the same sense, on the other end of the spectrum, is the 15 percent Caucasian population of the world, which is CCR5 Delta 32-(negative) gene. That means that under no circumstances, whether HIV came through the air, intravenous drug usage or any form of the sexual activity, would the virus be transferable in this sector of the worlds population, which is basically of northern European descent.

 

It is speculated by some experts that, in a worse case scenario, 85 percent of the world’s population could potentially perish under these designer viruses and designer synthetic biological agents. What this simply means is the eradication of all people of black color.

 

 

Beginnings Of Syphilis And HIV

 

In the year 1932, the grandfather of the current president Mr. Prescott Bush, convened the first international eugenics conference in America. This year was significant for other reasons in that an experiment called the Tuskegee experiment took place where Black Sharecroppers were injected intentionally with syphilis for the purposes of infiltrating syphilis into the Black genome. Some 60 years later, we could then say that Black people are scurrilous; syphilis runs rampant

throughout Black people and, therefore, they are people to be placed in

a secondary capacity. That is particularly in line with the eugenics program where White births are encouraged and Black births are discouraged.

 

In that same year 1932, the infectious agent of HIV was first tested on sheep in

Iceland. That agent is called Visna. In 1932, in conjunction with the Tuskegee syphilis program, they were testing the infectious agent of HIV on an island nation. We have Visna as 30 percent of the sequences of the HIV here today. So, 1932 not only is significant for the start of a push for eugenics, i.e. a White birth order, but also the start of the testing of the infectious agent of HIV/AIDS.

 

There were 15 Progress Reports covering 1963 through 1978. Then, we had HIV/AIDS in mass infection in Africa and Manhattan. In Phase V of the flowchart document, and the special virus that they were developing was going to be

placed in clinical trials. Here we have conclusive proof again that vaccines were complemented, not contaminated. The smallpox vaccine that went to Africa was complemented with the U.S. special virus HIV. Also, they recruited promiscuous White homosexuals in Manhattan - 1,068 of them, he believes and they were all given an experimental Hepatitis B vaccine and that vaccine was also complemented with HIV/AIDS.Therefore, the question he has posed for the officials of the American government, is how a White homosexual disease transforms itself into healthy Black women in that Black women are now the fastest growing group with HIV/AIDS today.

 

There is a conglomeration of colleges, hospitals, medical centers and foundations all working together for the sole purpose of the development, implementation and proliferation of the HIV virus, through the human genome, primarily the Black genome. He has further cited a Time magazine article from June 3, 1946, entitled Better Than The Bomb, where the May 1946 Appropriation Hearing is discussing a Biological agent. He believes that they’re discussing the inducement of Visna into the human genome. But we find in the 1971 Progress Report, on page 39, that there is a statement by the United States that Visna has not yet been associated with human disease. Today, according to the Journal of American Medical Association (JANA) in a 1987 paper, they conclude that HIV/AIDS evolved from Visna.

So what we find is that this inducement and development of HIV/AIDS, as

they proclaim it to be a mystery illness from nature, is, indeed, a designer virus from the laboratories of the United States of America.

 

He has named a Dr. Robert Gallo as one of the primary scientists involved in the

Special Virus Program. He located a human retrovirus, an RNA dependant,

DNA polymerase, in 1971. That is in the Progress Report, page 105. This isolation was, and is, a plural effusion from a 5-year-old Black American boy that was used as the entity that all has fused from. It’s the research of Dr. Gallo, coupled with the Special Virus Program, in which he had been given a green light to do whatever it took to develop a special virus for the purpose of population stabilization. In simpler terms, he received a patent (U.S. Patent No. 4647773) to continue the production of HIV in April 1984. As far back as 1971, he was noted as a Project Officer. Consequently, President Clinton, before he left the office of the presidency, pardoned Dr. Gallo for any acts relative to this issue. I must note that it is rather strange that President Clinton has been around the world including Zambia in the name of fighting the AIDS pandemic?

 

The Flow Chart has five phases. In Phase IV A are immunological controlled experiments where they developed the inhibitors, the vaccines, as well as the cure for HIV/AIDS before it was released. There is a cure for AIDS patented in, I believe, October 1997, a one-time injection that eradicates the HIV/AIDS in the blood system without any side effects. There is a tetra silver that is used in swimming pools. He found a similarity of the blood in your body with respect to the water in a swimming pool. If you put something in a disc in your swimming pool, then all the water becomes clear. The same is true with this one-time injection of purifying the blood in the body. The process is identical to how you purify the water in the swimming pool, and I now understand that the swimming pool product is called tetra silver and that’s why Dr. Antelman changed the name from Tetrasil to Imusil in order to avoid a possible confusion of words in that people would associate it Tetrasil with swimming pool Tetra Silver.

 

I believe that this claim of a cure should be investigated further by relevant authorities in that if Dr. Graves claims are true and all the other claims that doctors and traditional herbalists have stated are also true, then I can call HIV/AIDS as the most sinister and devastating bio -terrorism attack on the human species in the history of humankind on this earth. This virus and disease has destroyed people’s lives; the future and the development of humanity and then a cure is lying un-used some where in a laboratory or syringe!! It’s so un-humane. In April of this year I wrote another special report which had talked about the cure for HIV/AIDS in form of traditional remedies or herbal remedies which traditional herbalists had claimed but unfortunately through clinical trials none of the herbal remedies could cure HIV/AIDS but might be an effective method of prolonging the lives of HIV positive people but were not effective ones. The trial conformed to World Health Organization guidelines and out of the 79 Herbs that were presented for research, only four qualified to be researched, namely Mayeyanin Formulation, Sondashi Formulation made by former Works and Supply Minister and Constitutional Lawyer Dr. Ludwig Sondashi, the Mailacin Formulation made by a School Teacher and the Ngoma Formulation. However, the Ngoma Formulation could not be analyzed because the owner/founder died before the research commenced. 26 people infected with HIV were enrolled in the study/trial, out of which 11 were on Mayeyanin Formula, 10 on Sondashi Formula and 5 on Mailacin Formula. The objectives of the research were aimed at determining whether the herbs were safe for human use and ascertain whether they could eliminate the virus from the human body as to amount to a cure. I have been gathering information since then and a lot has been said since then. American Ambassador to Zambia Carmen Martinez stated in one of our daily newspapers that Zambians should speak out on the claimed AIDS cures and not let westerners dominate the warning. In response to the American Ambassadors statement, that is exactly what I am doing through BH Magazine and other avenues.

 

Traditional Health Practitioners Association of Zambia (THPAZ) president Dr. Rodwell Vongo also stated in one of our daily newspapers that it is important for the government not to suppress people claiming to have a cure for AIDS, but should test these remedies in order to protect people who access such treatments. He has also stated that it is important for the government to help people claiming to have a cure for AIDS to have their remedies tested and not suppress them. Dr Vongo has also stated that so far his Association has received over 350 claimed cures for various illnesses mostly HIV/AIDS.
